Hi Rae Gun readers, I’m Crystal! I’m a mom to three cuties, a wife, and the writer behind A Pumpkin & A Princess. I have a passion for creating anything and everything from adorable holiday crafts to delicious treats to share with my family.
I’m excited to be here today to share with you 10 creative homemade costumes ideas for kids. I’ve always liked homemade costumes and with all the creativity found on pinterest there’s plenty of ideas out there to help inspire me. Here are 10 of my all time favorite homemade costume ideas.
UP costume via A Few OF My Favorite Things
Dirty Laundry via Coolest Homemade Costumes
Peacock costume via Shwin&Shwin
Little Red Riding Hood via Etsy
Pebbles & Bam Bam from the creative Rae Gun
Where the wild things are via Etsy
Audrey Hepburn via Etsy
Pac-Man via My Sister’s Cucina
Rainbow via Modern Kiddo
Aren’t those adorable!?! Now to figure out what my kids are going to wear for Halloween. I love family themed costumes and am trying to convince my family that we should be characters from the Wizard of Oz. What about about your family? Do you prefer homemade or store bought costumes?
Thanks for having me and thank you Marissa for inviting me!
I hope you can stop by my blog and say hi sometime. I would also love to connect with you on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Happy Halloween!
