Just for fun I found a quote I wrote down from the first time I took the girls to the aquarium.
L at 1.5 years old looking into the tank said in her baby voice “mermaid?”
I remember her looking up at me all puzzled. Oh bless her, she thought she was going to see a mermaid, gotta love kiddos.

ha ha ha….my oldest daughter when she was 3 thought I had a mermaid swimming around in my tummy when I was expecting her baby sister! Love their thinking!
