How cute are these? And just on time for barbecue season! Nothing makes a better cookout than corn on the cob, except, corn on the cob for dessert? Sounds great to me!!
I’ve make a lot of different things out of krispie treats, but these are my favorite, hands down. So cute and so simple to make.
Ingredients for fun Corn Cereal Treats
- 1 stick butter
- 1 bag large marshmallows
- 6 cups Kix cereal
- yellow food coloring
- Corn holders
How to Make Kix Corn on the Cob Treats
- Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat.
- Add marshmallows.
- Stir occasionally until completely melted.
- Add food coloring until bright yellow in color.
- Slowly stir in cereal until fully coated.
- Remove from heat.
- Take hand full of cereal mixture and form into corn shape.
- Add corn holders to each end.
