Corn on the Cob Kix Treats Recipe

How cute are these?  And just on time for barbecue season!  Nothing makes a better cookout than corn on the cob, except, corn on the cob for dessert?  Sounds great to me!!  

I’ve make a lot of different things out of krispie treats, but these are my favorite, hands down.  So cute and so simple to make.

Ingredients for fun Corn Cereal Treats

• 1 stick butter
• 1 bag large marshmallows
• 6 cups Kix cereal
• yellow food coloring
• Corn holders

How to Make Kix Corn on the Cob Treats

1. Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat.  
2. Add marshmallows.  
3. Stir occasionally until completely melted. 
4. Add food coloring until bright yellow in color.  
5. Slowly stir in cereal until fully coated.
6. Remove from heat.  
7. Take hand full of cereal mixture and form into corn shape.
8.  Add corn holders to each end.
