Oh my goodness we had a delicious Pi Day this year! Seriously it was divine. It was a day long feast and it was soooooo good. The day started with a brunch consisting of my mom’s yummy spinach and bacon quiche and my sisters scrumptious mini pie pops filled with berry jam and chocolate. Dinner was a killer chicken pot pie which my niece declared was “the best thing I’ve ever eaten”. The rest of us pretty much agreed, it was crazy good. I’ll have to get her to share her recipe so I can blog it because my mouth is watering just thinking about it. My contribution was this super good Raspberry Chiffon Pie. It’s one of my favorite recipes that I shared AGES ago but the pictures were kind of crummy on the post. I retook them so I should be able to update the pictures soon but I’m to tired right now so there’s just one new pic :) So that was last week here’s
Of course we had to make some Pi Day shirts since it was more than just 3.14 this year it was the day of the century don’t you know! I used my Cricut Explore and my favorite iron-on vinyl technique, so easy and fast.
