I’m excited to have two of my sewing blogger friends up today sharing their Hunger Games inspired looks today! First up is Emily of Nap Time Creations. She does a really cool book inspired children’s clothing series every year (remember Teddy’s Brown Bear hooded vest?). Today she is sharing a Gale inspired look. She also has a free pattern and tutorial on how to make those awesome cargo pockets!
I don’t think I can get enough of those Katniss style cowls. Every time I see one I want one for myself. Time to learn how to knit or crochet right!? I love this awesome kiddo version of the Katniss Cowl that Ajaire made for her little one. It looks so so cozy! Make sure to go see more about how she made it at Call Ajaire. And while you’re there you have to check out the darling most ruffly skirt she made it’s any little girl’s dream skirt.
And in case you missed my post earlier today I shared a free Mellark Bakery design/printable courtesy of Heidi of Digknity I used it to make Teddy a shirt, an apron for the giveaway and some labels for the yummy chocolate chip banana bread recipe I shared! Speaking of the giveaway, don’t forget to enter. Both our guest also shared the giveaway on their posts too so you can go enter on their blogs for even more entries!
