I had the opportunity to participate in the Dish Mob event put on by Restaurant.com and Adventure Mom at Sushi Groove. The whole point was to encourage people to eat out at locally owned restaurants. You guys know how the musicmaker and I love eating out so it was definitely something I could get behind. Not only that be the food was super tasty. My favorites were the coconut shrimp (probably THE BEST I’ve ever had) and the dessert sushi. Double yum!
I’ve got a few fun things I wanted to let you guys know about. This week the long awaited Dark Days Tour put on by Harper Collins comes through Utah woohoo! It looks like it’ will be held at the Provo Library (yeah I know they keep changing things) but let me know if you’re heading over there I would love to connect in person.
And second I’ve been thinking I need a little geeky vacay so we’re considering heading over to the Denver Comic Con. It runs from May 31st to June 2nd. Have any of you guys been to it? Have you been to the one in San Diego? If there are any of you that plan on going to DCC let me know, we’re still working out the details but if we end up going I’d love to connect. And you can find more about the cool people (including ahem Stan Lee, George Takei, and Wil Wheaton) they have on the schedule here.

I am so jealous you are going to Dark Days. My copies of Paranormalcy and Supernaturally will just have to be sad without signatures. :(
