My family (parents and nieces) get home this week woohoo! They’ve been gone for so long. Hopefully I’ll weasel my mom into helping make pasta (it’s way faster with two people) and maybe have her make me some delicious food :)
p.s. when I typed weasel I accidentally typed weasley…my Harry Potter obsession is that bad.

I just throw extra stuff in ramen. Usually I add curry powder, some sort of meat (usually pieces of left over costco chicken that are in the freezer), whatever frozen veggies I have on hand usually broccoli and sometimes hard boiled eggs. It’s yummy and fast. The plan helps me I don’t always do them on the same day and I plan but it’s nice to have a short list to pick from where I know all the stuff is on hand.
