Well I went up this week but it was kind of expected. I didn’t eat the best and even though I’m feeling better, my work out intensities haven’t gotten all the way back up so I’m sure I didn’t burn as much. This week I just felt way hungrier than normal and so I had at least one or two more snacks than normal a day. So this is no surprise and I know how to deal with it.

It is tough losing weight, but you are so close to your goal. Keep it up! I gained this week also and have found a big correlation between PMS week and that extra hungry feeling. Just something to consider.
