Thanksgiving was no big deal plus there were only pumpkin desserts so I wasn’t tempted by those at all. On the other hand we had Christmas craft day the next day and i definitely had my share of puff pastry, cheeseball and chips. My exercise this week was little different I missed some cardio days but I did shop for like 12 hours, long enough for my ankle to start hurting, on Friday, and I shoveled for 1.5 hours on Monday. Also I just realized I forgot to log 2 days of food oops oh well I’ve got too much to do today than to sit here and try and remember what I ate.
