(my Thanksgiving plate it was delicious)
For those of you are new to my blog I write these weekly plans to help me spend less (I kinda of love grocery shopping, yea I know I’m weird), to save time and to try and help us eat in more often. Also I love knowing what other people eat so I thought it would be fun to share. For a while I’ll be adding my plans for what greens. I’ll be eating since one of my resolutions is to build a habit of introducing more green veggies into our diet. Maybe some day it’ll be so normal for us that I won’t have to mention them any more.
I hope you all had a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend. I really enjoyed just taking time to hang out with family and friends and of course shop my tush off these past few days. It’s pretty stinking cold right now so I’m all about the comfort food.
Also this week we get to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of our friend’s little girl receiving a heart. Seriously it is the most amazing thing on earth to experience the gift of life in that way, the fear of knowing a baby that actually NEEDED a new heart, the knowledge that the conditions for getting a new heart that would work were so unlikely and then the joy every time you remember that she actually did get a one and that she is doing so so well.
