So this is one of the easiest desserts and it’s delicious and you can make it pretty much last minute in the portion you need so you won’t be tempted to gorge on the extras.
Puff Pastry: 1 sheet will make 6 servings but you can do 1 at a time just cut one fold of the pastry off and cut that in half. Thaw the puff pastry according to the number of servings you want to make.
Peel and core an apple, you’ll need 1/2 an apple for every serving. Slice the apple thinly keeping the pieces together.
Melt a bit of butter I’d say 1 TBS per 2 servings. Brush some of the puff pastry. Fan half an apple on each piece of puff pastry. Sprinkle generously with sugar, sprinkle with some cinnamon. Pour some butter on each portion.
Bake 425 F for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy it with some vanilla bean ice cream oooh yummy.
Eat it.
