The best handmade gift I have ever received wasn’t actually for me. It was a quick made for my son when he was a baby. It was beautiful and super soft. Not like one of those wall-hanging crib quilts. This one was made from ultra cuddle minky. My sister made it 7 years ago and it is now on it’s third baby. :)

My mom has made countless homemade gifts that have blessed my family. My favorite handmade gift would have to be a dollhouse that my grandpa made. He put linoleum in the bathrooms and kitchen, carpet in the other living spaces, wallpapered the walls and built all sorts of furniture. It really was a labor of love and so special to me.
