It’s time again to join Jamie from The Perpetual Page Turner in an end of year book survey. I did this last year and it was a lot of fun. I love looking back on all the books that I’ve read. I’ve written reviews for all of these (except for a few that I finished in the last week or so but those will come soon). So if there’s something you’d like to know more about check out my “read page” on my goodreads! Also I think I’ll be able to hit my goal of 100 books. Well I’ll at least be super super close. I’m glad I’ve found someone else who’s picked a definitive favorite read for 2013! And Parallel is a good choice, I was really surprised by how much I enjoyed it and I’m excited to read more from Lauren Miller.

I always love your book posts and I am pinning this for when I need something good to read. Have you heard of Swoon Reads. it is kind of like an American Idol for teenage romance books. It’s free for you and your votes can help someone get published-everyone wins. My good friend Stephanie has a book on there that is right up your alley. If your’re looking for something to read, please check it out:http://www.swoonreads.com/m/a-flutter-of-butterfly-wings

I LOVE Parallel! I am not sure if it is my favorite of the year, I will have to think about it more. So many good books on this list and I have actually read most of them! I totally agree about Allegiant and all of your best books by genre, I think the only one I need to pick up is Princess in The Opal Mask.

While I love Lauren Miller, I did not care for Parallel. I had such high hopes, but it just wasn’t for me. I can’t wait to check out all your other reads. Thanks for posting, I am curious to check out the others you wrote about.

Allegiant was the read I was most disappointed with too! That got a very ranty review from me. I still can’t believe that I haven’t read any Rainbow Rowell books, I’ve only heard amazing things about all of her books. I really need to read some soon :)
I am currently reading The Program and absolutely loving it! I have an arc of The Treatment and I am going to be devouring both this week. I think I’ve found a new favourite series.
Great answers :) My End of Year Survey.
