I did one day of cardio and I’m down almost half a pound. Not the best but I have no more excuses. Last week’s excuse was that I still had to catch up on non-halloween orders and finish the matador and bull costumes (which turned out awesome). Granted I was a piggy at the Halloween parties so I guess the weight status is okay but really it is amazing how my bad snacking is pretty much non-existent since my stress amount has let up tremendously. So I’m thinking things are looking good.

Haven’t logged food in a while but started back up so next week this will be back. I can’t find my plug to upload my food stuff so I’ll add this when I feel like looking for that but I think I was within my goal range of 1600 cal.

Way to go on sticking with the exercise regiment.Your doing great! The holidays are always so tough for me…its so easy to snack and over eat!
