This week seems to be a testament to how bad I need to get cardio in. My average calories this week were 1791 a day. That’s almost 200 calories more than I’m supposed to have A DAY and I still lost weight. The prime suspects were popcorn at the Potter opening and fried stuff at our family dinner. For Potter we had free large popcorn coupons. And I LOVE movie popcorn and my husband had his combos so he barely shared any of it so…. Then we had a big Thai feast at my mom’s this weekend complete with delicious fried yummies that I just kept eating (they were so good, totally worth it). I kinda regret the popcorn (well the amount) but not enough to feel bad about it but I do see so clearly how important my cardio is and how much better I could be doing if I combined that with eating within my goal range.
