Thanks for all the tips and encouragement last week. So I was feeling REALLY good about this week. I got veggies in at everyday, my exercise was solid, I logged everything so I knew I was well within my goal of 1600 a day. But the other day I was down to 146 but then today I got on the scale and it said 148.0 and then a few minutes later (mind you without eating anything) 148.6 uggg (I’m logging the 148.0). I’m deciding to try to ignore the scale this week at least moodwise because I know I did good and I may even check the batteries of the scale/ go on it with some weights that I know how much they weight (I’m not sure if I’ve ever changed the batteries but I’d guess that if they were dying the screen would fad not say I weigh more but I’m annoyed at it)

You did great this week. It looks like you did a little more exercise, too. It was probably a mix of water (vegetables have a ton of water in them) and muscle gain, not fat gain. Keep up the good work and you’ll be shedding again in no time. :)

You did really good, so I wouldn’t worry about what the scale says. If you keep it up, you will eventually see the scale catch up. Check to make sure your scale is working right, do you put it in the same place everytime you weigh?
