I’m feeling a lot better. My bug is mostly gone just the tiniest bit of congestion that has by voice still sounding a little weird if I get loud or try to sing. It’s wonderful to be back to life. This week I accomplished a major fitness goal. I did a pull up. So I don’t think people realize how hard they are. But they are hard and I’ve been working at it for a while so it was really exciting to try it. And it was a great quality one, chin totally above the bar. Cody (my trainer) and Tricia (my work out buddy) thought I may even be able to do two. But I couldn’t try because my “coughing muscles” were already sore when I started and somehow when I pulled up I clenched my abs funny and they hurt pretty bad after (they’re already feeling better though). But yeah I’m proud about that!
I’m happy about the mostly staying the same on my weight since I think most of the weight lost last week was sickness related so I’m glad to have kept it off :)

Glad your feeling better! I know a pull up is hard and i definately can’t do it. Thats awesome! Sounds like you’ve been doing really good! Looking forward to reading more of your progress!
