What’s For Dinner and Going On: Fort Union Smashburger

This was my first week having my nieces everyday while my mom is out of town and boy did we have a whole lot of fun! Dinosaur museum, fancy nails, Princess festival (more on that soon), and so much more (you can see pictures of some of what we’ve been up to on my Instagram). I’m exhausted!We’ve got a ton more fun planned for this week so we’ll see if I crash.

After a fun filled day with the kiddos at the Princess festival we got to go to a VIP dinner at the brand new Fort Union Smashburger. I’ve already mentioned my love for the restaurant but this one is right in my neighborhood. I could seriously go for a long walk and get there so awesome right? If you’ve never been to Smashburger they do flat burgers which I adore. I’m actually one of those weirdos that purposely smashes burgers flat on my own so these were made for me! I Also love love love their sweet potato smash fries which basically are super yummy sweet potato fries with garlic and rosemary on them. Yum! If you’re in the area you should totally swing by the new Smashburger is located at Fort Union and Union Park Ave. in Midvale, Utah.
