Etsy’s Storque is doing a fabulous series on Handmade Weddings. They are partnering with tons of cool wedding, style and DIY sites. Well, I wrote an article not having a clue how huge and fancy the series was going to be and it’s scheduled to post this Saturday. Be sure to check it out. It’s mostly just my experience of planning a rather large wedding while trying to keep the cost down and how handmade goodness played a big part of that.
Etsy has scheduled this series in conjunction with their newly revived Alchemy feature. Have you checked out alchemy yet? It is so cool. Buyers can go in and put a request for anything handmade. The idea is that if you can’t find what you’re looking for on etsy you can explain what you want and sellers can bid on your request. It’s making something out of your nothing but ideas. Cool huh? You can also do private requests through individual stores. Well I’m loving the wedding series and alchemy hope you enjoy them as well.
