Okay a quick call out to anyone who might know of wonderful hole in the wall little eateries or shops or activities anywhere from L.A. to Long Beach. We’ve got fun things planned but some of the eating is going to be left until the last minute and it would be fun to hit some smaller places (not too pricey would be awesome but not necessary). And I figured maybe you guys know of other cool things we might want to do while we’re down there.
oh I just remembered if you know if any fun stops down I15 from Utah to Ca I’ll take those too. I’m a big fan of Ma and Pa burger joints.
Thanks in advance,
Marissa
p.s. there will be a giveaway tomorrow

I’m terrible at geography, but puffy taco in Whittier is FABULOUS. You’ve never had anything like it. SOOO good. And they’re closed on Sundays, FYI.

Marissa…Second Street at Belmont Shore (just NOrth of Long Beach) is full of fun shops. I always love to grab lunch at Trader Joes and eat at the beach. There is a really yummy mediterranean place to eat on Second Street. If you are looking for a little splurge on seafood there is a place called the Crab Pot in Long Beach. They dump out all your fish on the table and you eat away. (Lots of crab, clams, mussels) Have a great trip…I love that area!
