Lanna’s birthday was last week but her party is this weekend. My sister has a tradition of taking the girls out on a mommy daughter cupcake date for their birthdays which I think is adorable.
Of course, true to my special style, I decided the last minute that I wanted/needed to give Lanna a birthday day present not just something for her party. So this is what I came up with and I adore it. If I can find more or similar fabrics I may have to add these kind of sets to my shop but let me just say that I have been having a total blast sewing for friends and family lately.
And my mom had us all over to have long life noodles to celebrate the big 2 year old.
