I hope all of you in the States had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I know we did. Part of my contribution to the feast were these yummy and super adorable S’mores Mini Pies. They were crazy fast to make, I’m talking like 15 minutes and you could really have everything for them on hand and make them whenever.
It’s basically just chocolate pudding topped with a equal parts cool whip marshmallow cream mixture and chocolate sprinkles. Easy peasy. Thanks to Kristyn at Lil’ Luna for the recipe! And of course now, I’m obsessed with those little pie crusts, you will definitely be seeing more of them here.
