I did very little cooking over the past couple months due to my crazy time with work. By the time dinner rolled around I just wanted to get out and not have to think of making something and then cleaning up. But thankfully that’s over so I finally got to inventorying my freezers. They are crazy packed but I had no idea what was in them. My favorite find was 3 huge bags of homemade wontons! I mean seriously those things are so yummy and cook up so fast if I knew they were in there we’d have been eating them. Now that I have my trusty list of the contents of my freezers I’m trying to be a good girl and eat what’s in them. So I’m going to try to get back on my What’s for Dinner Posts since those always help me so much.
