(Teriyaki Salmon, Spinach and Cous Cous)
I give up. I will not try making risotto again. I will NOT. Remind me if you see it appear on my menu okay? I just can’t figure it out. It was edible this week but all the left overs went into a freezer bag labeled “to use in soup”. It wasn’t what I would call a success. My Salmon on the other hand was super tasty. And the next day I threw all those left overs (cous cous, spinach and salmon) in a tortilla with cheese and avocado and that was heaven.
