We’ve got a lot of fun planned for this week my college roommate gets here tomorrow and then another one of our friends arrives on Thursday. And then Saturday a friends wedding which also happens to be naughty niece L’s birthday! I’m going to say it’s going to be jam packed full of fun.
I had my first try at making Indian food. I did a Chicken Coconut Korma. I thought it was tasty but it didn’t have the specialness that’s in the restaurant stuff. It definitely was quick and easy though which totally surprised me. Those of you who follow me on instagram (@raegunramblings) may have remembered my discovery of an awesome Indian Market by my house. Frozen pakora and samosas and curry mixes. I only used half of the called for amount of spice mix and it was still prety spicy and this is coming from a girl who lived in Thailand. If you give it a go I’d start out with maybe 1 TBS of mix and just gradually add.

Indian food is my favorite food, mostly because I lived there when I was a kid with my parents. I have never made it myself but my mom is so good at it! The house will smell like spices for days after she dose.
Your blog looks great! I love the new banner.

I know right? Yeah they are pretty good. the pakoras are better. But I be they’d be yummier if I actually deep fried them
